Brewer's Hill Full Home Update

This historic Brewer's Hill Carpenter Gothic home dates to 1882. Thoughtful updates throughout allow the home to function for a modern family while remaining original character was maintained. Two full bathrooms and the entire kitchen were completely updated. Custom trim was restored and the home was newly painted throughout. Outside, the front porch and gable ornament were rebuilt, original clapboard siding repainted, and a new deck and fence installed. A custom fire pit, from leftover cream city brick, and a bountiful perennial garden completed the outdoor living spaces.
